Foras Aje is the CEO & Founder of CVoice TV which is an Over-The-Top (OTT) Cable Replacement website that will be aimed at hosting multiple News, Sports & Entertainment channels from television, the internet and radio [in one location] for people in search of programming and services of the highest quality to inform, educate, inspire & entertain via a diversity of perspectives.

In this role as Chief Executive Officer, Foras will lead various departments & personnel to implement CVoice TV’s marketing strategy; workplace & website design, technology and overall sustainability.

Foras is a graduate of Federal Government College, Ogun State Nigeria & the McNally Smith College of Music, St. Paul MN where he studied Applied Science in Audio Engineering MN

In his spare time away from overseeing the development & eventual success of CVoice TV, Foras can be found engaging in Yoga, Jogging and various outdoor activities.

Foras Aje is the Chief Executive Officer and Founder for CVoice TV

Malina will be responsible for managing and supervising the day-to-day operations of various departments, such as finance, sales, HR, and marketing. While working in close proximity with our CEO, Foras Aje, she will oversee managing budgets, hiring and contracting, and business negotiations. Malina will also be heavily involved in analyzing audit reports and formulating improvements to departmental workings

Malina will bring to CVoice TV her background in marketing & office management which she developed by working for various companies in Los Angeles, CA.

She is also skilled in billing, marketing, event planning & web designing. Furthermore, she possesses a bachelor’s degree in Criminology; Criminal Justice & Forensic Psychology from California State University-Long Beach

In her spare time, she enjoys working out, hiking and hanging out with her friends & family.

Ms. Malina Mao is the Chief Operating Officer for CVoice TV

In her position of CFO, Flora will have oversight over accounting and finance operations of the Company. In addition to her accounting and finance oversight responsibilities, Flora will offer management, internal control, and strategic advice to other executives at CVoice TV.

Flora will bring to CVoice TV her background in office management & accounting which she developed by working for various law firms in Los Angeles, CA. With this experience, she will be able to predict, produce, and execute a number of individual revenue streams with the aim of maximizing growth within the spending potential of the company.

Flora is also skilled in billing, marketing, event planning, arbitration, legal writing, corporate law, labor relations, and intellectual property. Furthermore, she possesses a Bachelor of Arts (BA) focused in Law and Society and a Double Major in Chicano Studies from the University of California, Santa Barbara.

Ms. Flora De La Torre is the Chief Financial Officer for CVoice TV

In his position of CMO, Mr. Mora will have oversight over the marketing operations & outreach of & for the Company. In addition to this, Jesse will also offer management, internal control and strategic advice to other executives at CVoice TV.

Along with working with CVoice TV, Mr. Mora owns his own litigation support business at Pro Doc Management (PDM) which provides broad data management and copy solutions for legal and corporate professionals. His business, PDM is a leading provider of outsourcing solutions for law firms and corporate legal departments & from here, Mr. Mora has developed a strong working understanding of business marketing & promotion.

Jesse Mora is the Chief Marketing Officer for Cvoice TV.

Kamalanathan Babu is the Director Of Communications for CvoiceTV.

As Director Of Communications, he will be responsible to promote and present cvoicetv.com in various social media platforms. He will be responsible for establishing relationships with media outlets and developing strategic marketing plans.

Kamal has worked as an IT consultant for several years in the development and testing of several websites and web-based applications.
He also works as a freelance Video Editor / Social media manager with good experience in social media marketing & search engine marketing.
He holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.

In his spare time, he plays cricket and shoots short films and other digital media.

Kamalanathan Babu is the Director Of Communications for CvoiceTV

In her position of Administrative Coordinator, Kourtney will oversee the daily operations of our CVoice TV office.

Kourtney is also proficient in marketing, event planning, drafting & writing legal documents & office management. Furthermore, she possesses a Bachelor of Sociology from Baylor University, in Waco City, Texas.

Kourtney Busby is the Administrative Coordinator for CVoice TV.

Hariharan Radhakrishnan is the Web Operations & Maintenance Consultant for CVoice TV.

He will be responsible for all the web-based and code-related activities for cvoiceTV.com.
He will be focusing on building aesthetic, functional, and user-friendly websites.

Hari has worked as a frontend and backend Developer for several years in several websites and web-based applications.
He is currently in the role of java developer for a multi-national corporate.
He holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering.

In his spare time, he plays cricket and shoots short films and other digital media.

Mr. Jason Johanning is the leading candidate to serve as CVoice TV’s Content Strategist & Distribution Negotiator

Mr. Joseph Adeife, Esq. shall most likely serve as the Chief Product Officer of CVoice TV. In his position as CPO, Mr. Adeife will be responsible for the strategic product direction of CVoice TV. Joseph will work alongside our CEO & COO to facilitate the creation of features for CVoice TV to deliver value to both our customers & business.
He will also be involved in distribution, manufacturing, and procurement as it pertains to our company.
Joseph possesses a Juris Doctorate from the Thomas Jefferson School of Law, San Diego, CA and he is also the Principal CEO of Rxdical Records. He was formerly the Managing Partner at Tree of Life Management, LLC, a consulting and entertainment management firm that represented producers, actors, artist, record labels, athletes, and companies in various aspects including but not limited to IP asset management; brand management; career management; sales; event production; talent management; music distribution, and app development.

Mr. Joseph Adeife, Esq. is the leading candidate to serve as the Chief Product Officer for CVoice TV

17-year proven track record of providing IT solutions, software & app development.

Proficient in providing the technical support needed for the creation of an Over The Top [OTT] Multi-Channel Video Programming Distribution [MVPD] website.

Expert in leading a team consisting of multiple members such as Marketing Co-Ordinators; Project Managers; UI/UX Experts; HTML/CSS Experts, Programmers & Online Security Expert for innovative projects.

Mr. Frank Wallace is the leading candidate to serve as the Web-Design & Maintenance go-to person for the CVoice TV App.

Leonardo will be responsible for implementing the company’s strategy for using technology resources. He will also be responsible for evaluating and implementing new systems and infrastructure, working with the CEO & COO as it relates to the discovery and the implementation of technologies that yield competitive advantage and helping other departments to use technologies efficiently, responsibly, and securely.

Furthermore, with his background in Architecting Cloud Solutions & Linux/Unix, Leonardo will play a very integral role in helping CVoice TV to adopt new technologies and processes to deliver high-quality solutions that provide business value for the client. He will be in charge of monitoring the Developers, IT Security, Infrastructure & Automation.

Leonardo possesses both Bachelor's & Master's degrees in Security Management of Computer Networks from the Polytechnic College of Campinas, Brazil.
He also has a Specialization's in Architecting Cloud Solutions & Linux/Unix from the UCLA Extension program, in Los Angeles, CA. In his spare time, he enjoys working out, watching basketball & hanging out with friends
